Permissions in Trackr
How does Permissions work in Trackr
A user can be given a specific role, allowing access to data/actions for a given scope (i.e. Unit or sub-units within and its users).
Roles can be stacked, i.e. a single user can be given multiple roles such as: “Activity Creator”, “Attendance Reporter”, and “Currency Checker”.
Types of Roles in Trackr:
Activity Creator
Create, edit, and delete activities
Attendance Reporter
View, create, edit, and delete attendance records
Currency Checker
View users’ currencies (i.e. HA)
Currency Admin

(Note: This role is only available in the scope of the unit, e.g. Bn)
