Manage Permissions Page

  1. Available for users with the “Permissions Manager” role.

  2. The scope of said roles will determine which user(s) you can manage Permissions for.

  3. Permission Management is optimised for Desktop view.

Overview

The Manage Permissions Page enables self management of Permissions granted to users in the unit. They include the following:

View Permissions

List of Permissions

View all granted permissions that is within your purview.

  1. You can only see a list of permissions granted based on the scope of your “Permissions Manager” role. (E.g. A “Coy A Permissions Manager” can only see permissions granted to users in Coy A, and cannot view permissions granted to users in Coy B.)

  2. Each row in the table indicates the user and their assigned role + scope

Navigating the Permissions Table

Narrow down the list of permissions you want to view by:

1. Search

Using the search box, a free text search for user or scope

2. Filter

Using the filter, select a role from the dropdown list

3. Sort

Use the table header to sort the list as you desire
