Get started with Trackr

Overview

There are 4 broad steps to get started with Trackr:

Step 1: Initial Setup

The Trackr team will create an account for your Unit. The following details are required:

  1. Name of the Main Unit (this can be edited later)

  2. Details for 2 Super Users (these users will be granted permissions to act on step 2 onwards)

    1. Name

    2. NRIC

You may submit your details via https://go.gov.sg/trackr-onboarding-form

Step 2: Set up Subunits

Access Trackr at https://app.trackr.gov.sg/, and create your desired unit structure on the Unit Management Page. Use the “Add Subunit” button to create subunits.

Step 3: Onboard Users

Use Trackr’s file upload function to easily onboard multiple users at the same time.

Firstly, prepare an Excel file as described in File Preparation:

Exact name of subunit created in Trackr to place this user

Note: Please reach out to the Trackr team if you wish to mask the data before extracting and uploading it.

Secondly, on the Unit Management page, click the “Onboard Users” button and upload the file.

Step 4: Assign Permissions

Grant permissions for different app functions to specific users on Permission Management page using the “Assign” & “Delete” buttons.
