Delete Subunit

1. Available for users with the “Unit HR Admin” role.

2. Unit Management is optimised for Desktop view.

Criteria for Deleting a Subunit

1. It is not the top-level unit

2. It does not have any other subunit under it

3. It does not have any user tagged to it

4. It doe not have any related activity or attendance records

If a subunit cannot be deleted, the Delete button will be disabled:

1. Identify the desired existing subunit.

2. Click the Delete button on the same row as the identified subunit:

1. Click Yes, Delete to confirm:
