Delete Attendance

  1. Available for users with the “Attendance Reporter” role.

  2. The scope of that role will determine whose Attendance record you can delete.

Delete existing attendance on an activity by viewing a specific subunit attendance record detail.

  1. You can choose to Delete for the whole subunit or for specific users:

  1. Warning pop-up appears, click/tap "Yes, Delete" to confirm:

Attendance can only be modified up to 30 days after the activity date. For example, if an activity was held on 1 June 2024, you cannot delete attendance on that activity from 1 July 2024 onwards.
