Assign Permissions

  1. Available for users with the “Permissions Manager” role.

  2. The scope of said roles will determine which user(s) you can manage Permissions for.

  3. Permission Management is optimised for Desktop view.

Assign permissions to user(s) within your purview.

  1. Use the “Assign” button.

  1. The assign permission form requires the following input via dropdown list:

    1. Users: Restricted to users within your purview.

    2. Roles: Full list of roles available in Trackr.

    3. Scope (Unit): Restricted to subunits within your purview.

  1. You may assign multiple permissions at the same time by selecting multiple "Users" and/or "Roles".

  1. Click on "Add", to populate and review the list of permissions to be assigned. You may make further adjustments directly in the list, and/or add more selections into the list.

  1. Click on "Confirm" to assign the permissions.
