Permissions in Trackr

How does Permissions work in Trackr

  1. A user can be given a specific role, allowing access to data/actions for a given scope (i.e. Unit or sub-units within and its users).

Example:
1. User: CPT A B See
2. Role: Currency Checker
3. Scope: A Coy

Result: CPT A B See can view currencies (i.e. HA) for all users in A Coy and its sub-units, e.g. Pl 1 & Pl 2.
  1. Roles can be stacked, i.e. a single user can be given multiple roles such as: “Activity Creator”, “Attendance Reporter”, and “Currency Checker”.
