Create Activity

Create new Activity records in Trackr through a form.

  1. Click Create Activity on the Activities page:

  1. Fill in the form. Fields mark with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Activity Form Fields

Input field
Purpose & Description

Name

Name of the activity for easy reference

Conducting unit

Date

Date that the activity is to take place

Activity Category

The type of activity. This determines whether the activity counts toward HA currency or not.

No. of periods

The number of periods for the activity. This affects the calculation for clocking of Double HA.

Description

Optional free text field

Available "Conducting unit" options in the dropdown menu are determined by the scope of your “Activity Creator” permissions.

The unit that is conducting or is responsible for the activity. Users who are under that unit (or that unit's subunits) will see this in their list of upcoming activities on their .
