Edit Subunit Name

  1. Available for users with the “Unit HR Admin” role.

  2. Unit Management is optimised for Desktop view.

Edit the name of an existing subunit.

  1. Identify the desired existing subunit.

  2. Click on the Edit icon that appears when you hover over the subunit's row

  1. Provide a name for the subunit in the edit box

    1. Use the "tick" icon to apply the changes

    2. Use the "cross" icon to cancel/exit

Note that the subunit name has to be unique, e.g. there cannot be two “Sect 1” at the same time. You may use different names like “Pl 1 Sect 1” and “Pl 2 Sect 1” to overcome this.
