Move Users

1. Available for users with the “Unit HR Admin” role.

2. Unit Management is optimised for Desktop view.

Perform bulk action to move multiple users into an existing subunit.

1. Click on Move Users:

1. This activates multi-select mode:

   1. A free text search box appears at the top of the table, allowing you to search for user by name.

   2. Checkboxes appear on the rows listing users in the unit

   3. A box at the bottom of the screen, reflecting the selections you have made. Click Next to proceed with the next step.

1. Select the desired users via the checkboxes

2. Click Next in the box at the bottom of the screen

3. Review page showing:

   1. A dropdown menu to select an existing subunit that you want to move the users to

   2. List of selected users, grouped into the subunits they belong to

   3. Back button to go back to multi-select mode

   4. Confirm button to move users
