Manage Currencies

1. Available for users with the “Currency Admin” role.

2. The scope of those roles will determine which subunits & users you can view.

3. This page is optimised for Desktop view only.

Overview

The page lists all the subunits & users under your purview, indicating their current HA status and Double HA eligibility state.

You may also manipulate data seen in this page via:

1. Row expand/collapse toggles

2. "Expand Table" or "Collapse Table" button

3. Hide empty units toggle

4. Filter HA status

Assign HA Currency

You may manually assign HA currency to users (if required)

1. Click on HA Currency:

1. This activates multi-select mode:

   1. Checkboxes appear on the rows for applicable users.

   2. A box at the bottom of the screen, reflecting the selections you have made. Click Next to proceed with the next step.

1. Select the desired users via the checkboxes

2. Click Next in the box at the bottom of the screen

3. Date input and review page showing:

   1. A date input box, for you to indicate when these users should be HA current (Note that you may back date this as far back as you want, and you cannot choose a future date.)

   2. List of selected users, grouped into the subunits they belong to

   3. Back button to go back to multi-select mode

   4. Next button to continue

1. As the action cannot be undone, be sure to read and acknowledge the conditions before continuing.

Manage Double HA Eligibility

You can mange users' eligibility to qualify via Double HA program. Note that this has to be configured correctly before Trackr will recognise and qualify users for HA currency via Double HA program requirements.

1. Click on Double HA Eligibility:

1. This activates multi-select mode:

   1. Checkboxes appear on the rows for applicable users.

   2. A box at the bottom of the screen, reflecting the selections you have made. Click Next to proceed with the next step.

1. Select the desired users via the checkboxes

2. Click Next in the box at the bottom of the screen

3. Date input and review page showing:

   1. A date input box, for you to indicate when these users should be considered as eligible for Double HA Program (Note that you have to provide a date within the range of 30 days ago to 7 days from the date of action.)

   2. List of selected users, grouped into the subunits they belong to

   3. Back button to go back to multi-select mode

   4. Next button to continue
