This page provides finer details about the individual’s currency/qualifications.

The page can be broken down into the following segments:

1. Individual Card

This provides the same overview of HA currency as the Dashboard.

A button is available to refresh the individuals HA status (if needed)

A button is available to refresh the individuals HA status (if needed)

2. HA Activity Calendar

This provides a calendar view of the individual's activities and HA expiry date.

  1. Past HA Activities (both present and absent)

  2. Upcoming HA Activities

  3. HA Expiry date

3. Activities Table

List of an individual's activities:

  1. Upcoming activities are those that meet the following criteria:

    1. Activities taking place on the current day or in the future; AND

    2. Either:

      1. Activities conducted by the individual's parent units

      2. Activities that the individual was added to (i.e. attendance was marked in advance)

  2. Past activities are those that meet the following criteria:

    1. Activities that took place on the current day or in the past; AND

    2. Activities that the individual has an attendance record on

  1. Individual's full record is visible, including activity records from previous units
