Onboard Users

  1. Available for users with the “Unit HR Admin” role.

  2. Unit Management is optimised for Desktop view.

File Preparation

  1. File type required: Excel

  2. The file should consist of 3 columns as follows:

Column Header

name

nric

unit

Remarks

Name for user

For Singpass login

Exact name of subunit created in Trackr to place this user

Below is an example excel file that can be uploaded

Please reach out to the Trackr team if you wish to mask the data before extracting and uploading it.

Upload process

Perform a file upload to onboard multiple users into your unit.

  1. Click Onboard Users at the top of the table:

  1. Once a file is selected, click Upload & Onboard to proceed:

Results of File Upload

Wrong File Format

The upload will be blocked. Please correct the file format and try again.

Wrong headers

The upload will be blocked. Please correct the file headers and try again.

Invalid Data

Errors in the respective rows will be presented.

Successful Upload

Once the upload is successful, Trackr will display a summary of the result.
